What Parents Are Saying:
My preschooler has had a wonderful year at Jump in the Mandarin immersion class. She has greatly improved her Mandarin and acquired all the skills to be kindergarten ready. The teachers are all very nurturing and do a great job of tailoring their teaching to the individual child.Tu
What Makes Jump Different

A day in the life of your Preschooler:
Individualized work at the table to help children start their day by successfully completing a small but meaningful task.
An intimate time with their teacher to review the “Big Idea” of the day, discuss ideas about a study theme, sing songs, and assign responsibilities of the day.
Work in small groups in core areas such as Language Arts, Math, Science or Sensory, Dramatic Play, Art, etc. All activities are oriented to learn more about the theme study of the month.
Physical Education, Creative Curriculum Exploration Projects (C.C.E.P.): incorporates Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math, as well as Creativity.
A brainstorm about the day’s academic focus, learning from one another asking question, playing games, and working on project together.
READ ALOUD/LANGUAGE ARTS IN TARGET LANGUAGE

FREE CHOICE CENTERS
Children choose their area of interest as teachers walk around the room to learn more about their students, and how they engage in each particular area.
A meaningful experience for students to develop social skills through free play.
SNACK, LUNCH, NAP OR QUIET TIME
A time to follow routines, share, and rest.
