Meet the Jump Immersion School Founder

For Jackie, as she is commonly known, creating Jump! grew from a desire to have her children embrace their language and heritage.

Prior to becoming a mom, Jackie, a graduate of Kean University, worked at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center where she conducted training courses for the Human Resources Department. Her specialty was to find the areas where employees needed training to better their skills at work and develop classes in areas of customer service, employee relations, team building and motivational classes. Following the birth of her daughter, Jackie decided to use her real life teaching experience and her love of language and culture to create Jump! Immersion School.

The prestigious school, Wardlaw-Hartridge in Edison, NJ, worked with Jackie to run a pilot program on its premises, offering the course for free for six months as an After-School Program. With 3 classes and eight students in each, the pilot was deemed a success, and the parents encouraged her to open her own business. Growth and expansion to other locations soon followed.

For Jackie, Jump! has become more than a school, it has become a launch pad for putting children on an upper academic trajectory to reach their full potential.
